Crime Marches On- Just lately, the ploy has been to claim the Mafia is dead. It isn't. A lot of powerful people pull strings to keep it all going for their own benefits. Wars break out, police and politics are bought- it's just not as obvious as it once was. The mob has gotten much smarter over time.
